Quotes:

Boing…

I just happened to look up the meaning of ‘boing’ on Google…

Boing – What does it mean?

“Boing is onomatopoeia for a springing, twanging sound or action, like a diving board or … an erection.”

So now you know!

Change a little, change a lot…

Two Versions of:

  1. Change a little, change a lot…
  2. Change a little, change a lot…

Corporate use – I saw / heard (subtle physiological difference) this phrase being used in an advert by McDonalds. They may have even trademaked it?

Comment:

Are they trying to say they need to change, but are only going to change a little, (in the hope it changes a lot)? In reality, it is just an implied statement, as they don’t actually tell you how much they’re trying to change in the advert, (their goals and targets). But they do tell you how wonderful they are.

  • What are they actually telling us?
  • What are the actual goals and targets they’re trying to achieve, and have they met them?

A good example of physiologically implying how wonderful they are, without telling you how much they have actually achieved, (or what there actual targets are)? They may never achieve their goals and no one will know? Most people will just suck the message up without realising… It’s what the advert is designed to do…

So are they actually just changing a little when they need to change a lot?

2. Change a little, change a lot…

A phrase in general use.

Comment:

When an individual uses this statement, (which is similar to “change a little at a time”, “bit by bit”) it’s great. They’re making strides forward. I applaud you!

You come into this world…

You come into this world with nothing, you go out of this world with nothing. “It’s what you leave behind that counts…”

There is a source somewhere, maybe? But this just came into my head 18/01/2022?
